1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of this competition is SNIPES SE, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, and will be referred to hereafter in the following text as the “Organizer” or “SNIPES”.
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE COMPETITION
The competition „CHEAT TO WIN“ will take place from December 16-19 2020, 23:59. Entry is free of charge and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to these entry conditions.
2.1 Eligibility
Any person aged at least 16 years and resident in one of the SNIPES Countries may enter the competition (hereafter referred to as “Entrants”). Each entrant may only enter the competition once. Each entrant is responsible for the accuracy of their own contact details. If the conditions for entry are contravened, SNIPES has the right to exclude the involved parties from the competition. If necessary, winnings may be withdrawn retrospectively in such cases.
2.2 Entry
Enter the competition by „following” SNIPES on Instagram and entering the correct cheatcode in the right sequence in the question-field of the Instagram Story.
2.3 Entry deadline
The entry deadline is December 19th 2020, 23:59.
3. DETERMINING THE WINNER AND PRIZES
3.1 Prizes
The prize contains 1x PlayStation® 5 (Age rating for console: 7+ years; PS Plus is required for online multiplayer mode), a DualSense Wireless Controller, a hologram and selected apparel pieces from our SNIPES with PlayStation® collection. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
3.2 Selection and notification of the winner
Out of all people, who have entered during the promotional period, one winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be contacted on December 21st 2020 by SNIPES via private message on Instagram. Following notification, the winner must send his personal data (first name and last name, date of birth to verify age, e-mail address, street address, apparel sizes) via Instagram to SNIPES within 24 hours. If the winner does not do this, the claim to the prize is no longer valid and a new winner will be selected out of the entrants.
4. TERMINATION
SNIPES reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without giving notice for important reasons. An important reason for termination may in particular occur if, for technical or legal reasons, it can no longer be guaranteed that the competition will be properly carried out. Liability towards entrants is excluded in this respect. If such a termination were to be caused by the intentional conduct of an entrant, SNIPES may claim compensation from that person for the damages caused.
5. LIABILITY
SNIPES constantly strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. While we take great care in this respect, no guarantee can be given of the correctness and completeness of the contents of the websites listed here and/or these entry conditions.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Should individual provisions of these entry conditions be invalidated in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain hereby unaffected. The decision of the judge is final. Cash equivalents, amendments or exchanges cannot be provided instead of the prize. Claims for prizes are non-transferable.
These entry conditions and the overall legal relationship between entrants and SNIPES are exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Rechtsgrond van de verwerking:
Art. 6, lid 1, AVG
a) Toestemming van de betrokkene voor de verwerking van zijn persoonsgegevens voor een of meer specifieke doeleinden
f) De verwerking is noodzakelijk voor de behartiging van de gerechtvaardigde belangen van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke of van een derde, behalve wanneer de belangen of de grondrechten en de fundamentele vrijheden van de betrokkene die tot bescherming van persoonsgegevens nopen, zwaarder wegen dan die belangen, met name wanneer de betrokkene een kind is

SNIPES medewerkers aan wie de gegevens voor de wedstrijd zijn toevertrouwd met het oog op gegevensverwerking.
Bewaartermijn van persoonsgegevens
en/of alternatieve criteria voor het bepalen van deze termijn:
Tot en met 15 januari 2021. Persoonsgegevens worden twee weken na afloop van de wedstrijd (en verzending van de prijs) vernietigd.
Recht van de door gegevensverwerking betrokken personen:
Je hebt het recht de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke te verzoeken om inzage van de persoonsgegevens die jou betreffen (art. 15 AVG), het recht op rectificatie (art. 16 AVG) of verwijdering (art. 17 AVG), het recht op beperking van de verwerking (art. 18 AVG) of gegevensoverdraagbaarheid (art. 20 AVG) en het recht tegen de verwerking bezwaar te maken (art 21 AVG). Aanvragen met betrekking tot deze onderwerpen stuur je naar de bovengenoemde functionaris voor gegevensbescherming.
Wanneer de verwerking alleen op art. 6, lid 1, punt a) is gebaseerd, d.w.z. dat je toestemming hebt gegeven voor de verzameling en verwerking van persoonsgegevens, heb je het recht de toestemming te allen tijde in te trekken zonder dat dit afbreuk doet aan de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking op basis van de toestemming vóór intrekking daarvan.
Daarnaast heb je het recht om in beroep te gaan bij de bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit. Dit is de toezichthoudende autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming en vrijheid van informatie voor België:
Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (Commissie voor de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer).
Wat betreft het analyseren van jouw persoonsgegevens bestaat er geen geautomatiseerde besluitvorming.
