Conditions of Participation "CLIQUE CORE Member Raffle" in the SNIPES App

1. ORGANIZER
The organizer or promoter of this competition is SNIPES SE, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter “Organizer” or “SNIPES”).
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE COMPETITION
The "CLIQUE CORE Member Raffle" competition will take place from 28.02.2023, 18:00 hrs to 02.03.2023, 23:59 hrs. Participation is free of charge and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. By entering the competition, the entrant accepts the following terms and conditions:
2.1 Eligibility
All natural persons who are at least 18 years old or minors with the consent of their parents, legal guardians or a legal representative, provided that they are at least 16 years old, reside in one of the countries with a SNIPES branch (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland) and who have a SNIPES CLIQUE account (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") may participate in the contest. Only one participation is possible per Participant.
Each Participant is responsible for the accuracy of his/her own contact details. If the conditions for entry are contravened, SNIPES has the right to exclude the involved parties from the competition. In such cases, SNIPES also has the right to subsequently deny prizes. Employees of Snipes SE and all companies affiliated with SNIPES SE pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. AktG are excluded from the competition.
2.2 Entry
Participation takes place by confirming participation via the Raffle-layer in the SNIPES app. To participate in the competition, the participant must have a user profile in the SNIPES app and be part of the SNIPES CLIQUE program. In addition, the participant must be a CORE member and have activated push notifications.
2.3 Entry Deadline
The closing date is 02.03.2023, 23:59.
3. DETERMINING THE WINNER AND PRIZES
3.1 Prizes
There is 1x NIKE Air Force 1 '07 white/pure platium/light iron ore in a seeding package to win.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party.
3.2 Selection and notification of the winner
One participant of the competition can win the NIKE Air Force 1 '07 white/pure platium/light iron ore in the seeding package. The winner will be selected randomly from all participants. The winner will be contacted by email within one week after the end of the period specified above. The winner must submit the requested data to SNIPES within 48h after the first contact attempt. If he/she does not do so, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The currently valid data protection provisions of SNIPES apply.
4. TERMINATION
SNIPES reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons. An important reason for cancellation may in particular occur if, for technical reasons or for legal reasons, it can no longer be guaranteed that the competition will be properly carried out. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such termination was caused by the intentional conduct of a participant, SNIPES may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred as a result.
5. LIABILITY
SNIPES constantly strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the greatest care, no liability is given for the correctness and completeness of the content of the websites listed here and/or these conditions of participation. The liability of SNIPES is excluded against this background - as far as legally permissible. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damage to life, body and health.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Insofar as individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Winning claims are not transferable.
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and SNIPES are exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

De persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt voor de volgende doeleinden:
Contact voor prijsverwerking en verzending door SNIPES of door derden in opdracht van SNIPES.
Rechtsgrond van de verwerking:
Art. 6, lid 1, AVG
a) Toestemming van de betrokkene voor de verwerking van zijn persoonsgegevens voor een of meer specifieke doeleinden

Bewaartermijn van persoonsgegevens
en/of alternatieve criteria voor het bepalen van deze termijn:
Tot en met 15 januari 2021. Persoonsgegevens worden twee weken na afloop van de wedstrijd (en verzending van de prijs) vernietigd.
Recht van de door gegevensverwerking betrokken personen:
Je hebt het recht de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke te verzoeken om inzage van de persoonsgegevens die jou betreffen (art. 15 AVG), het recht op rectificatie (art. 16 AVG) of verwijdering (art. 17 AVG), het recht op beperking van de verwerking (art. 18 AVG) of gegevensoverdraagbaarheid (art. 20 AVG) en het recht tegen de verwerking bezwaar te maken (art 21 AVG). Aanvragen met betrekking tot deze onderwerpen stuur je naar de bovengenoemde functionaris voor gegevensbescherming.
Wanneer de verwerking alleen op art. 6, lid 1, punt a) is gebaseerd, d.w.z. dat je toestemming hebt gegeven voor de verzameling en verwerking van persoonsgegevens, heb je het recht de toestemming te allen tijde in te trekken zonder dat dit afbreuk doet aan de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking op basis van de toestemming vóór intrekking daarvan.
Daarnaast heb je het recht om in beroep te gaan bij de bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit. Dit is de toezichthoudende autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming en vrijheid van informatie voor Nederlands:
Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (Commissie voor de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer).
Wat betreft het analyseren van jouw persoonsgegevens bestaat er geen geautomatiseerde besluitvorming.
